Obama Care; The American Control

Revision of Obama Care "The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" also known as Obama Care, is a healthcare plan to provide healthcare insurance to many unisured americans who can't afford insurance. This plan will incur penalties on many uninsured americans such as: small businesses, younger workers who don't feel insurance is necessary, and ones who choose not to purchase insurance or can't afford it. There are only a couple of positive's about this law, A family plan can keep children living at home under the age of 26 on their insurance plan, but some American families don't have a family insurance plan. Insurance providers' can't drop you because you have a pre-exiting conditions, this requires insurance companies to cover all applicants. There will also be rates according to health status or gender. I feel this act is a "BIG NEGATIVE" for our nation. How will the people come up with the money to pay for this government plan? The fines that the americans will be required to pay is going to devastate many families.  Many small businesses may close because they can't afford to provide insurance to employees, which will cause the unemployment rate in america to go up again!! I have been employed by the government for the past four years and thank GOD I have good insurance on my family, but my husband and I have been married for nearly 29 years and have raised 3 children with "NO INSURANCE" because we could not afford it. We were very blessed that our children we very healthy and never had to be put in the hospital for any reason. My husband is self-employed and will have to carry insurance on his employees, this could devastate his small business. I am against this act because I feel it is just one more way to "control" Americans, and the 5th amendment is being shaken!!
